PORT NEW PROVIDENCE is a fine residential community located on the Eastern end of Nassau, New Providence. It too offers a security access control gate and security patrol 24/7. The community also offers townhouses, single residences with deep water canals. Set in a very quiet and private background, the community is in close proximity to St. Andrews Private School offering schooling from kindergarten to high school. It is also near shopping, other schools and residential communities out East.
Most of the homes in Port New Providence are single residence with high-end finishes and features. Prices range from the $600,000 to $1,400,000 and plus.
The Properties of THE OCEAN CLUB ESTATES and Residences are located on the island of PARADISE. This island is connected to Nassau by two bridges and it's close to downtown Nassau and the Eastern side of the island of New Providence; at only 185 miles of southeast of Miami. Cable Beach is a combination of hotels and private residences. There are great plans for the re-development of Cable Beach hotels by the year 2010 presenting thus far a lot of speculation for the value of real estate in the area. This area is centrally located to downtown Nassau on the East and the Nassau International Airport to the West.
